DELIVERY POLICY

Somi Clean is SOMI Group's commercial development service business. Thank you for reading our policy.

​1. Cost and delivery area.

Somi Clean delivers twice (1 pick-up and 1 delivery) for orders of VND 600,000 or more in the inner city. For orders under 600,000, Somi Clean would like to include a small fee to support the shipper's fuel as follows:

(*) A bulk order is an order that contains at least one of the following items:

• Stuffed animals with a height or length over 1 meter

• Suitcases are sized for the cabin (equivalent to 7 kg of luggage capacity) or more.

• Bulk orders will not be eligible for door-to-door delivery.

2. Delivery time.

Standard delivery time is from 9 am to 9 pm every day, 7 days a week, except for special occasions and holidays with advance notice.

For orders in suburban areas (District 9, Thu Duc, District 12, Binh Tan), Somi Clean will have 2 days of delivery in 1 week: Wednesday and Sunday. Customer service staff will advise on the most convenient delivery schedule for customers.

Somi Clean can support delivery before 9 a.m. and after 9 p.m., depending on the case, and may have an additional delivery fee. Somi Clean's customer service staff will advise specifically on the most convenient delivery time for customers.

3.Other Terms.

• The shipper will call the customer 30 minutes before departure via the address provided by the customer.

• If there is a change of address, please notify customer service staff in advance via hotline: 0971 099 609 or notify the shipper as soon as possible.

• Because delivery times are very tight, each shipper's delivery location can only wait up to 5 minutes after arrival. Please keep your phone with you to avoid being unable to contact us, which could lead to delivery problems.

• If the time has been confirmed, but customers do not pick up the delivery when the shipper arrives (no show up), Somi Clean will be counted as one delivery or receipt. ​

• The final delivery cost will be calculated according to the total number of turns taken minus the number of free turns (if any). For example: If you are in the Tan Binh area (the area near the center) and the order is under 600,000 VND, the two-way delivery cost will be 30,000 VND. If your order is over 600,000, you get free two-way shipping; the delivery fee is 0 VND. If the order is over 600,000 and you have 1 No Show Up, Somi Clean will charge you 1 delivery fee of 15,000 VND.

This delivery policy is in effect from January 2023 until there is an adjustment or notice from Somi Clean.
